LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR DIGITALLEARNLAB
Welcome to DigitalLearnLab. By accessing or using our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following license terms and conditions.
Definitions
- DigitalLearnLab: Refers to our company, a provider of digital products that you can edit, customize, and resell.
- Private Label Rights (PLR) Products: Digital products that you can customize and sell as your own, without the ability to pass on resell rights to your customers.
- Master Resell Rights (MRR) Products: Digital products that you can customize and sell as your own, with the ability to pass on resell rights to your customers.
- You or Licensee: Refers to the individual, business entity, or organization that has acquired digital products from DigitalLearnLab.
License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a license to resell our products. This license allows you to modify, rebrand, and sell these products under the terms outlined in this agreement.

Important Terms for Reselling MRR Products
🔴 Minimum Price Requirement: You may not resell MRR products for less than $497 to maintain market fairness. Violation of this policy may result in revocation of your resell rights.
🔴 Brand Name Restrictions: You cannot resell MRR products under the original name or branding as "Digital MRR Bundle." This name is the intellectual property of DigitalLearnLab.
Earnings Disclaimer
DigitalLearnLab does not assume responsibility for any financial outcomes, whether gains or losses, that result from the resale of our products. Success or specific earnings are not guaranteed.
Content & Design Quality
While we strive for the highest quality, perfection in our products is not assured. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy and quality of the products before their resale.
Liabilities
DigitalLearnLab is not liable for any disputes or issues that arise from the use, sale, or distribution of our products. You assume full responsibility for these matters.
Termination of License
DigitalLearnLab reserves the right to terminate your license to sell our products if you fail to comply with these terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all distribution of the products.
Modification of Terms
DigitalLearnLab may modify these terms without prior notice. Please regularly check for updates to stay compliant.
Governing Law
